Lunch Break Fitness

Get off your butt, use your lunch break to grab some energy and get fit!
Mix up your run using the outdoors as a gym; bench/short hydro box/low retaining wall for step up kick backs and tricep dips, knee ups and push ups. A child park high bar for chin ups or low bar for inverted row etc etc.
