As a Personal Training Coach, I get a lot of questions on how much time should be spent working out to get a positive result.
Here’s my short answer on balancing health, family and work.
I can choose to work 5 days a week with 1 hour lunch times, this would allow for a more comprehensive workout.
However, I choose to spend more time with my daughter Truly by having every other Friday off as well as arriving home in a quicker time frame. That means only 30 minutes during the day for a lunch workout.
When I get home Truly sometimes joins me in further exercise which we do together ❤️🦋🌟
Today I ran 3.25 km from work to a park and back to work. When I got to the park I hooked up my bands to the baseball fencing and did a short, 3 set 15 rep upper body work out.
Today: Single Arm (SA) Angled Triceps, SA Lat pull downs, Knee Face Pulls. I did banded Bicep Curls and Tricep Extensions while watching training videos. I burned approx 450 calories and accomplished some strength training for maximum burn and muscle building
The calories and km are shown on my Fitbit. The picture shows the first part of the day so far but I have the option of picking out particular time frames for calculations.
In the last picture, does anyone know what type of flower this is?
East Vancouver is beautiful and lush! 28 degrees and sunny today.
