Core Workouts – BJJ style

In order to increase your skill at most anything in life, you have to have the desire to improve and… you have to practice. You know what you can do, you know what you want to do, you know you better than anyone.

I do not do BJJ, although there are elements of it in the Cardio Muay Thai certification program I am in. My hip-flexors hurt when I do this routine, my lower abs are weaker than I thought they would be. So I am practicing.
