I am certified level VI of X in Muay Thai Skills & Conditioning (MTSC), soon to be level VII! I am also a certified Personal Training Coach and I have my current St. John Ambulance First Aid with Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
My style of training is student centred instruction containing progressions and regressions based on student capabilities. My focus is to promote student independence so they can train wherever and whenever they like to keep moving and living a healthy life with or without me.
My classes are structured for cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition evolution. I truly believe in a mind body connection to physical fitness.
The class modules I use are MTSC classes, outdoor bootcamps and streetstyle training, resistance training with weights and bands, HIIT workouts and some elements of yoga.
