Over 750 calories burnt on a 2.3 km jog straight up 252m elevation gain to the vista. The stairs were such a great lower body burner. 2 sets of stairs at every other stair, lunge jogging πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

This has been a tough year, mix up your workouts. Get in the sunshine when you can and have some fun!
