Life is amazing when we challenge ourselves to break out of a habit that is no longer serving us. You might not achieve the desired results immediately, in fact you probably won’t. But, if you keep going and don’t give up while being kind to yourself in the process you can achieve more than just physical results. 🧠 💫 😊

For me, trail running is my favourite challenge, especially up local mountains. Jogging with regular bursts of full run brings me a mindful peace when I’m finished that I can’t achieve with other sports or exercise, it is my peace maker, my meditation.🧘🏻♀️

#4 Running gets your heart pumping and blood flowing, which will help make your heart stronger & more efficient protecting your long term cardiac health. ♥️
#5 There is research that finds positive connection between running and an extended life expectancy. 👵
