High Intensity Fitness

During Covid and all of the resulting restrictions of gyms etc, I have really enjoyed solo activities such cycling cross-country/off road.

I’ve been lucky to be involved in Muay Thai skills and conditioning at Poseners Pankration MMA. I am level 7 working for level 10 in the program.

I’m looking forward to getting involved in high-intensity group activities again. It’s spectacular for overall fitness, skill development, empowerment and confidence.
